Which machine model is best for my material and required kg/hr output?
We offer two main build options: MS (Mild Steel) and SS304 (Food Grade Stainless Steel). MS is an economical option, but it is generally not suitable if you require FSSAI compliance for food processing. For hygienic food processing and FSSAI-related requirements, we recommend SS304 food-grade machines.
What inputs decide the output (kg/hr) — moisture, sieve/mesh, spice type, etc.?
Output depends on multiple factors like raw material type, moisture level, sieve/mesh size, and required fineness. For best performance, raw materials should be properly dried/dehydrated before grinding, especially for spices.
Can one machine handle multiple materials (chilli / turmeric / coriander / masala mix)?
Different materials need different grinding mechanisms, so we recommend choosing the correct machine type:
Chilli / coriander / mixed masala / Ayurvedic herbs: Masala Grinder (Blower Pulverizer)
Turmeric / dal (besan-type grinding) / coal: Turmeric Pulverizer (Impact Pulverizer)
Wheat / rice / maize (corn) / jowar / millets: Atta Chakki / Flour Mill Machine
How do I choose the right HP (2HP / 5HP / 10HP / 20HP etc.) for my setup?
HP depends on your business scale and usage (small shop, commercial production, supplying hotels/restaurants, or branded packing). It also depends on the available power supply in your area (single phase or three phase). Share your material + required kg/hr, and we’ll suggest the suitable HP and model.
Do you recommend single phase or three phase for long running production?
For continuous and long-running production, three phase is strongly recommended. It provides better load handling and smoother performance than single phase.
Quality, operation, and maintenance
What sieve/mesh sizes are available, and how do I choose fineness?
Mesh selection depends on material type, machine mechanism, and your end-use requirement. Common ranges are:
• Turmeric: up to ~200 mesh (fine)
• Chilli / coriander: up to ~50 mesh
• Grains (atta/flour): up to ~70 mesh
Exact output and fineness can vary by material moisture and machine model.
How to avoid heating, color change, or loss of aroma while grinding spices?
It mainly depends on choosing the right machine and grinding mechanism, because heat is created by friction. For best results, consult our technical team before purchase. You can also visit our factory for a live demo and select the right model accordingly.
What cleaning/maintenance is required daily/weekly?
Cleaning and maintenance depend on the machine model and usage. Please follow the machine manual provided with your equipment. Our support team can also guide you if you need help.
What metal/grade is used in product contact parts (SS/food-grade), and where is it used?
We offer two main material options: MS (Mild Steel) and SS304 (Food Grade Stainless Steel).
• MS: economical option
• SS304: recommended for hygienic food processing and FSSAI-related requirements
For pharma applications or high-corrosion industries (like pickle/acidic products), we recommend SS316 / SS316L.
Dispatch, delivery, and support
From where do you dispatch, and how long does delivery take?
We dispatch from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Delivery time depends on your location and transporter. Tracking details (LR/Tracking) are shared after dispatch. (You can also refer to the Delivery & Shipping Policy page on our website.)
Do you provide installation guidance (video call / phone), and can on-site support be arranged?
Yes. We provide installation guidance through YouTube/video support and video calls with our technical team. If required, on-site installation support can be arranged, but it is chargeable.
What is your warranty coverage and what voids warranty?
We generally provide 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
For CG (Crompton Greaves) motors, you receive 1-year warranty PAN India through the CG service network (customer needs to contact the nearest CG service center).
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, voltage issues, or unauthorized repairs.
